Job Purpose & Scope

The Healthcare Segment Specialist will focus on expanding and enhancing our presence in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities & Job Content

• Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to understand the specific needs and trends within the healthcare construction and renovation sector. Analyze demographic data, facility requirements, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for ceilings in healthcare projects.
• Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share within the healthcare segment. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of healthcare segment strategy with overall business objectives.
• Product Development: Work with Rockfon Group tiles product manager to improve the products and accessories for healthcare applications. Coordinate with French technical department to ensure all products meet relevant healthcare regulations and standards
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with national key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, healthcare facility managers, and regulatory bodies.
• Sales and Marketing Support: Develop together with MK team targeted campaigns and sales strategies to promote our products to healthcare facilities. Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their understanding of the healthcare segment and its specific needs.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to healthcare segment sales and product performance. Prepare regular reports for Sales and Marketing Director.

This is who you are

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or Architecture.
• 5 + years’ experience ideally within companies/industries which are suitable for the role e.g. company acting in the interior work materials for health application
• Ideally lobby experience and networking in healthcare end-users community
• Written and spoken English Language to a high professional business level
