Scientific discipline: theologyWorking hours: Full-time professor in the research and teaching staff group.Basis of employment and expected duration of employment: indefinite contract.Anticipated start date: 1.10.2024Place of work: Christian Theological Academy in Warsaw, 48 Broniewskiego Street.The competition is open to persons meeting the requirements set out in the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2023, item 742 as amended).The candidates should: * hold a PhD habil. in theology, as well as a record of scholarly achievements that make a significant contribution to the discipline with particular emphasis on the history of the Orthodox church;

• scientific activity carried out independently or in cooperation with other universities or scientific institutions;
• organizational activity, including cooperation with other universities or institutions, in the discipline of theology, subdiscipline history of the Orthodox church;
• fulfillment of language requirements: foreign language – at the level of min. B2 or graduation from a university abroad, Polish – native or fluent, allowing to fulfill organizational duties.

Deadline, form and place of submission of documents:Required documents: * application, addressed to the Rector of ChAT;

• Curriculum Vitae;
• personal questionnaire;
• diploma confirming the education and degree or academic title held (in the case of degrees obtained abroad – the documents must meet the equivalence criteria set forth in Article 328 of the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2023, item 742, as amended);
• information about research, didactic and organizational achievements, including a list of promoted Master’s and/or Doctoral theses;
• statement confirming that the Christian Theological Academy in Warsaw will be the primary place of work;
• information clause for the processing of personal data of candidates for employment at the ChAT and consent to the for the processing of such data;
• other documents at the candidate’s discretion.
