About the Role:
The Vehicle Accessories and Merch Procurement Specialist will manage the procurement of vehicle accessories and Merch across Europe. You will ensure that all procurement activities are aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements while meeting the specific needs of the European market. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the efficient execution of procurement processes.Responsibilities:

• Procurement Process Management:

• Design, implement, and optimize procurement processes for vehicle accessories and Merch, including demand collection, supplier selection, contract management, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with headquarters’ policies and local regulations while adapting to the unique demands of the European market.
• Supplier Development and Management:

• Identify and develop high-quality suppliers for vehicle accessories and Merch.
• Conduct supplier audits, negotiate contracts, and manage ongoing supplier relationships.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Contract Management:

• Lead contract negotiations and manage contract execution to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Handle contract changes and disputes, ensuring smooth contract fulfillment.
• Procurement Execution:

• Execute procurement activities, including supplier selection, price comparison, order management, and service quality assessment.
• Optimize procurement costs and ensure timely delivery of parts and accessories.
• Reporting and Analysis:

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vehicle parts and accessories procurement.
• Conduct spend analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with procurement platforms.
