We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers’ future needs, and proactively develop solutions.The opportunity:The Payroll Time Benefits team focuses on payroll, time, benefits support and provides customer service and advisory support to People & Culture/P&C (HR) and business partners on local P&C systems.As a Time & Absence Specialist, you are responsible for performing P&C system data maintenance and administrative activities in support of P&C business processes (in the area of payroll, time and attendance area, etc.).Providing insight, support and explanation on HR system and administrative activities in the area of payroll, time & benefit services (inquiry resolution, request management, and troubleshooting)Processing of leaves of absence, shifts, and inquiries on the subject of working time, long-term illnesses as well as the associated compensation benefits; answering employee requests regarding pay slipActively participating in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiativesBuilding rapport with HR colleagues within the PSS organization as well as with customers to ensure ongoing service delivery effectiveness.​Who you are: ​We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, really passionate about their job and understands that providing a high-quality service is essential for the organization.
