About the Roles
Successful candidates will be involved in a wide range of large-scale projects, including housing developments, urban regeneration strategies, infrastructure projects, masterplans, statutory Development Plan and Local Area Plan submissions, as well as commercial, renewable energy, industrial, and data centre projects.

Experience & Qualifications

Irish Planning Institute (IPI) and/or Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) accredited post-graduate degree, or equivalent.

Membership of the IPI and/or RTPI.
*

Depending on the role, demonstrable experience in planning applications, appeals, submissions, strategic infrastructure development, renewable energy, and commercial/industrial projects.
*

Experience contributing to Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIARs) and managing small to medium-sized projects independently.

Skills Required

Strong report writing skills, including planning reports, appeals, and submissions.

Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
*

Commercially astute and process-driven, with a results-oriented approach.
*

Strong time management, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
*

High level of self-motivation and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
