Tomorrow can’t wait, let’s shape it together!British American Tobacco Italy has an exciting opportunity for a Trade Business Analyst in RomeTrade department is a key part of the business process within BAT, acting as a bridge between HQ and Sales team.The main objective is to maintain and develop the current BI environment, to give support to HQ Trade team and our Field Force, with the scope to reach company targets in terms of sales and distribution of our products into Tobacconist channel across the whole Italian territory.Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage and keep updated the Salesforce platform based on business needs.
• Ensuring correct maintenance of all BI systems (Power BI / Business Object / etc).
• Support Sales and Trade team to solve criticalities on BAT IT systems.
• Develop and maintain new BI tool for providing insight to senior stakeholders.
• Manage communication between Global IT and local teams to ensure all system are working flawlessly and new business requirements are developed for business support.

What are we looking for?

• University degree, preferably in Marketing, Data Engineering, Statistic
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a FMCG Marketing, Marketing Agency, or related fields
• MS Office – Advanced user
• Good knowledge of CRM Salesforce and Microsoft Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service and Microsoft Power Automate
• Excellent understanding of relational database and knowledge of SQL
• Proactive and independent mindset, resilience, with willingness to learn
• Full English proficiency (Business)
• Full Italian proficiency
