Location: Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.4-days in-office per week, 1 day work from home.About the RoleThe Trade Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving best-in-class in-store marketing strategies, overseeing the end-to-end Point of Sale (POS) process across all trade accounts. Based in Mullingar, less than an hour from Dublin City Centre, this position combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and hands-on project management.As a key part of the marketing and trade team, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver impactful in-store experiences.Key Responsibilities

• POS Project Management:

• Manage the entire POS process, from initial concept to in-store implementation.
• Adapt marketing concepts to fit retail environments effectively.
• Collaboration and Relationship Building:

• Develop strong working relationships with external partners and suppliers.
• Work closely with internal commercial, trade, and marketing teams to align goals.
• Strategic Execution:

• Utilize technical knowledge for innovative in-store marketing executions.
• Collaborate with the National Account Manager to monitor and manage project budgets.
• Innovation and Delivery:

• Ensure best-in-class in-store executions that align with brand and trade strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience managing end-to-end POS processes.
• Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt creative marketing concepts to retail settings.
• Technical knowledge of in-store executions and retail marketing practices.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners.
• Demonstrable experience in budget management and delivering projects on time and within budget.
