Traffic Acquisition Senior Consultant
As a Traffic Acquisition Senior Consultant for Amadeus, you will be client-facing, managing a portfolio of top clients to lead and optimize SEO strategies aimed at maximizing organic traffic. You will be part of the Analytics Services team, collaborating directly with global clients to create and optimize SEO strategies. While your primary focus will be on SEO, you will also engage customers on traffic acquisition as a whole, working with other teams to ensure to ensure successful engagement and delivery of the Traffic Acquisition practice as a whole.
In this role you will:
- Design initiatives and strategies to promote and increase the adoption of Traffic Acquisition services.
- Design strategies and provide recommendations for SEO.
- Collaborate with airlines’ teams, digital agencies, or other units within Amadeus to implement and execute recommended SEO strategies.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using digital analytics tools, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve KPI goals.
- Develop innovative services leveraging the unique selling points (USPs) of Amadeus solutions by collaborating with other teams and seeking synergies.
- Stay abreast of new digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating them into strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all digital channels.
- Provide insights and recommendations up to C-Level on digital marketing strategies.
- Develop an understanding of clients’ needs and establish strong, collaborative, and trusting relationships.
- Further develop the Traffic Acquisition service to embrace new practices beyond SEO (e.g., Paid Search, Paid Display, Paid Social) by leveraging existing practices in Amadeus or through third parties.
- Be a recognized expert in Amadeus for SEO practices.
About the ideal candidate:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or other related fields.
Work Experience:
- 5+ years of online digital media/advertising experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong experience with SEO.
- Experience with Paid Search, Paid Social, Paid Display, Programmatic, Email Marketing, Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads or Facebook Business Manager is a plus.
- Experience working with tools such as Google Analytics, SemRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and similar.
- Knowledge of channel attribution techniques to provide guidance on budget allocation and ROAS optimization.
- Prior work experience in the travel technology industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for innovation, strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and establishing positive customer relationships.
Skills:
- Expertise in evaluating SEO data trends and other numeric data effectively (ROAS, margins, KPIs).
- Demonstrated passion for innovation, strategy, thinking outside the box, and establishing positive customer relationships.
- Strong MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) skills.

- Possesses working experience and advanced specialized technical/functional knowledge in digital media and SEO.
- Understands how SEO and digital strategies contribute to business success in the travel technology industry.
- Acts as a reference for colleagues with less experience and supports junior team members.
- Influences decisions related to digital activities, anticipating dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contributes to transversal projects, proposes improvements to processes, and is accountable for own and team commitments.
- Operates autonomously within established guidelines and with support from management on complex issues, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
