They specialise in several areas of business and commercial law, offering top-tier expertise and a logical mindset to their clients.Your new roleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Lawyer to join the litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or an individual in the early stages of their legal career to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and challenging environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist senior lawyers in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Review and analyse case files, evidence, and legal documents.
Attend court proceedings and client meetings to observe and assist.
Manage case files and ensure all documentation is organised and up-to-date.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and coordinate schedules.
Support the litigation team in all aspects of case management and strategy development.What you’ll need to succeedBachelor’s degree in Law (LLB);
Strong academic record and a keen interest in litigation.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
