Our Packaging area of Finished Product Manufacturing Science & Technology (FPMSAT) is looking for a Project Manager to run some of our strategic projects. The initial project will focus on enhancing the training and upskilling process within FPMSAT Packaging.
Given the strategic importance of these projects, the role involves interaction with management across various departments. As this is a newly established position, there will be an opportunity to shape the role in collaboration with colleagues and management.Your key responsibilities in this role are the following:

  • Run strategic projects such as the Training and Upskilling Project with focus on Role specific training, Pack Academy and roll-out of training strategy with the Centre of Excellence (COE) within Project management.
  • Manage a wide range of stakeholders across departments.
  • Act as the crucial link between workgroups, departments, project owners and key stakeholders.
  • Manage communication to the department and management in relation to strategic projects

Please note that this position is a temporary position for 2 years.Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have:

  • A relevant degree in human resources, business administration, engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing training programs.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Full proficiency in written and spoken English, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement.

We are an end-to-end corporate organisation developing products for high volume production, establishing control strategy of the products, improving, and implementing the production equipment at the production sites in different parts of the world.
