Position SummaryWe’re looking for a Training & Development Specialist in Reggio Emilia Location.Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa con forti doti organizzative da inserire all’interno dell’ufficio Risorse Umane.
Cerchiamo un/una appassionato/a dei processi HR.
Il/la candidato/a andrà a gestire due aree molto importanti dell’HR quali la Ricerca e Selezione e i processi di formazione e sviluppo del personale di tutta l’azienda.
La risorsa dovrà assicurare la gestione delle attività in base alla normativa vigente e alle politiche aziendali dando supporto ai responsabili e ai dipendenti.
Il/la candidato/a avrà modo di interfacciarsi con le varie funzioni aziendali al fine di coprire tutte le necessità nei tempi prestabiliti.Main responsibilitiesPer la parte relativa alla Ricerca & Selezione:
