We are actively seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Training & Scientific Advisor to spearhead our client’s scientific training programs, ensuring they align with the most current research methodologies and advancements in the field.Your Role and MissionAs a Training Advisor, you will be instrumental in developing and executing cutting-edge training modules and educational programs for sales teams and medical professionals. Your role is pivotal in cultivating an ecosystem of continuous learning and development, thereby empowering scientific personnel to achieve excellence in their research projects and business development pursuits.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and evaluate effective scientific training programs based on the latest research findings and technological advancements.
• Collaborate with scientific and medical experts to ensure the content and delivery methods are aligned with learning objectives.
• Monitor and analyze training outcomes to continually refine and improve educational offerings.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in scientific research and educational practices.
• Be responsible for content, fostering an environment of professional growth and excellence.
• Engage with the scientific community to understand their training needs and customize programs accordingly.

Skills and Knowledge:

• An advanced degree (PhD, MD, or equivalent) in a scientific discipline.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scientific training programs in Life Sciences companies targeting sales teams.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging and effective training materials.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and adapt strategies as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of scientific professionals.
