Aspen Medical seeks expressions of interest from experienced and qualified Clinical Instructors OR Educators to support our new hospital in Makassar, Indonesia.This pivotal role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of our healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for fostering professional growth and ensuring our staff meets the highest standards of patient care.Contract Details:Contract commitment: minimum. 12 monthsRelocation to Indonesia is required.Expat compensation packet: TBDStart: Estimated Jan 2024Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement innovative training programs tailored to clinical and non-clinical staff needs.
• Implement performance evaluation methods to identify training needs and measure the impact of training programs.
• Coordinate and manage training schedules to accommodate the needs of various departments and shifts.
• Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field.Extensive successful experience in developing, delivering, and evaluating all levels of training, education, and health-related programs.Note: All documents must be in English, or translation attached.Powered by JazzHR
