– Prepare comprehensive and in-depth underwriting and financial analysis for all considered potential acquisitions, on a business-plan appropriate and multi-scenario basis, using market knowledge gathered from internal and external stakeholders
– Maintain a database of relevant local market data, and regularly present market dynamics, market intelligence, and updates to internal stakeholders
– Support the Country Transaction Manager on all aspects of potential transactions, including (but not limited to):

• Preparation of Investment Screening Sheets

• Preparation of Investment Committee Proposals

• Assembly of external professional advisory teams

• Evaluating Due Diligence reports and establishing red flags

• Coordinating debt-financing

• Contract negotiations & Closing coordination

• Post-Closing handover to asset management

– Supporting the Market Transaction Manager on asset disposition processes
– Other tasks that may be required for the wider International Transactions teamRequirements– University degree (BA in economics preferred)
– 5 years experience
