We are seeking an intermediate-level professional to join our Operations – Transaction Services team. This role is responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of securities and derivatives, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-risk environment.Responsibilities

• Process securities transactions and support traders with analytical input
• Assist in reviewing derivative products and resolving settlement issues
• Recommend process improvements and contribute to product launches
• Analyze reports to support management and control activities
• Monitor errors and suggest solutions to minimize risk
• Escalate transaction issues and collaborate on resolutions
• Design and analyze reports in line with leadership standards
• Support control activities and ensure audit compliance
• Assess risk in business decisions and uphold compliance standards

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• Fundamental understanding of Treasury products, accounting, and regulatory policies
• Proven ability to manage concurrent activities in a high-risk environment
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Knowledge of macros is a plus
