In this role, you will report to the Europe/UK Team Lead.QualificationsSHARE your talentWe’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:– Consistent of experience in managing large scale programs covering multiple dimensions (LoBs, geographies, or functions) and complexity– Knowledge and significant prior experience in working in an Agile environment.– Strong people mentoring skills and managing by influencing and coordinating large senior stakeholder teams independently– Previous experience in internal or external consulting a plus– Excellent organizational and time management skills, communication and presentation skills experience in communicating with Senior Management– Strong business acumen, coupled with technology knowledge and expertise in software development life cycle to challenge appropriately business demands– Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to drive alignment with various functional/BU stakeholders– Strong negotiation skills, influence and creativity to achieve successful outcomes around scope, schedule, costs/budget, issues/risks, and resources– PROSCI certified would be a plus or extensive experience in change managementFIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
