Transformation & Center of Expertise Lead

Overall Objectives of Job: The Transformation & CoE lead is responsible for driving strategic direction, governance, financial predictability and ensuring E2E compliance of processes and frameworks. On top they drive the transformation and Savings program of AZP. They will work closely with the other AZP Area leads and HoIT to formulate and execute the AZP IT strategy and the governance rules that need to be followed. In coordination with the respective CoE teams, steers and oversees the following topics for his respective Area: Architecture, Account management and Delivery steering, controlling, and reporting, DevOps, and IT governance: security, contract and vendor management, production management. Overall responsible for relationships with AZP in Strategy, governance, financials and ensuring E2E compliance of processes

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record and extensive experience as an IT Delivery Manager in an executive capacity.
• Strong experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Experience in strategic planning and capacity management.
• Strong understanding of agile principles and practices.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manages team of CoE Leads to provide E2E strategic direction, governance, financial predictability and ensuring compliance of processes and frameworks across AZP.
• Responsible to define processes, templates, and rules to be cascaded to the Areas in AZP.
• Consolidates and controls financials from the areas, support decision-making by providing accurate financial and project data, ensuring resource allocation, and maintaining budgetary control.
• Manages escalation and reporting to Allianz Technology stakeholders and counterparts from Allianz Partners.
• Oversee the current and future state of the organization’s architecture, including application, data, and technology domains, and establish governance standards and best practices.
• Ensuring E2E compliance of processes and frameworks for all disciplines across AZP and are complaint with standard AZTECH process framework.
• Develop and implement the strategic vision for platform management and DevOps practices, aligning with business and IT objectives. Drive adoption of best practices across teams for efficiency and innovation.
• Delivery of platform engineering and DevOps services across the AzP organization.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) while providing all levels of support to users and stakeholders. Ensure Quality and strict ITIL disciplines to ensure stability in the AzP organization.
• Define the transformation vision and goals: Collaborating with leadership to develop a long-term transformation strategy that aligns with AZTech broader goals and objectives.
• Own the Transformation and Savings programs in AZP

Administrative & Compliance Requirements:

• Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all processes and decisions.
• Adhere to Allianz Technology’s policies and procedures.
