Key accountabilities will include delivering transformation initiatives to plan, budget, agreed quality and governance standards.RESPONSIBILITIESThis role is key in driving superior and measurable improvements in business outcomes for AD and clients to support the ambitious growth objectives of the firm. Specifically, you will:

  • Be the dedicated project delivery lead for Alter Domus’ client service delivery and client service operations transformation portfolio – you will define and deliver against specific KPIs related to the portfolio, driving value-based outcomes to enable continued operational strength and global scale.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that transformation projects and initiatives align with AD’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and effective project delivery across multiple diverse, and sometimes competing, projects and workstreams.
  • Manage transformation implementation plans and resources across geographical areas and lines of business.
  • Contribute to the design, roll-out and governance of digital transformation, technology and product solutions.
  • Develop and lead a framework and approach to identifying, prioritizing and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in formulating and setting strategic direction for process, organization and operating models across businesses, products, functions and locations
  • Oversee operational readiness for new programs and program enhancements ensuring end-to-end operational impacts are assessed, requirements defined, operations documentation completed (e.g., process flows, policies, and procedures), training conducted, communications delivered, and ongoing operations support established.
  • Deliver sustainable and lasting positive impacts of change.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout transformation, project and change lifecycles.
  • Use negotiation and influencing skills to build consensus amongst diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Maintain a relentless focus on cost and budget discipline, driving a culture of accountability.
  • Be responsible for driving change when necessary, delivering communications and directions to the team and supporting the development and engagement of employees at all levels.

PROFILE

  • At least 10 years proven experience in a consulting or services business with a track record of strategy creation, operating model design, digitization, and transformation.
  • A demonstrated track record in a senior leadership role implementing and managing KPI-driven initiatives with extensive experience in asset servicing operating models and the use of global service delivery centers.
  • Proficiency in project portfolio management methodologies and business metrics and analysis to inform strategic decision-making with a focus on aligning projects with KPIs for maximum impact and value.
  • A deep understanding of the creation of robust service level agreements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for business improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder managements skills to effectively collaborate across departments and levels of the organisation.
