Job Description: Transformation Lead – ADKAR Change ManagementYou will join the Operational Excellence division. We act as internal consultants, providing services across the Euroclear group. The division includes the corporate centres of excellence on Change Management, Design Thinking & Facilitation, Business Process Modelling & Process Improvement, Lean Management & Continuous Improvement, and Group Program Management. Euroclear is recognized as a leading organization for continuous improvement and operational excellence in the service industry, offering you the opportunity to build your experience on these topics by joining our OPEX division as a Transformation Lead!To strengthen our diverse team, we are looking to recruit a Transformation Lead with ADKAR Change Management experience, focusing on the people side of change. You are passionate about change management and combine result orientation, personal drive, a hands-on demeanor, analytical skills, and social skills to craft and implement solutions focused on driving impactful and sustainable change! Roles and ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:

  • Understanding the expectations of our diverse clients and supporting them in defining a change strategy and driving the implementation.
  • Proactively owning the demand pipeline, ensuring that we are bringing the change perspective to those programmes and projects where it is most needed for the company.
  • Demonstrating inclusive leadership that leads to quality delivery of your missions, e.g., clear prioritisation, overarching storyline, important metrics, sound embedding plan, strong benefit management.
  • Encouraging collaboration between all contributors in your missions, striving to craft a solution with the business that is focused on sustainable change.
  • Actively driving and supporting the development of new knowledge around change management techniques and trends that can feed our Centre of Excellence.

Qualifications Technical Skills

  • 5-7 years of experience as a dedicated change manager is critical. You must have led complex and in-depth change management initiatives and worked as part of a Centre of Excellence to advance Enterprise Organisational Change.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ADKAR change management methodology (e.g., certification on ADKAR), including building a partner map, organizational change strategy, sponsor plan, etc.
  • Confirmed experience in applying the ADKAR methodology in several sophisticated change missions.
  • A good knowledge of the financial sector and the Euroclear business, either from an operational, technological, or support point of view.
  • Outstanding English communication/presentation skills and influencing/negotiation skills.

  • Emotional intelligence: Ability to understand different points of view, empathize, and use that knowledge to craft a relevant and impactful change strategy.
  • Consultancy Skills: You have a unique ability to understand the expectations of the client, diagnose, problem-solve, and define a strategy of impactful actions towards real value. You have a good understanding of change management and related subject areas. You can trigger sustainable change.
  • Analytical Skills: Can decompose and structure complex changes into manageable packages while maintaining focus on the overall objectives. You have a very good ability to anticipate and solve problems.
  • Social Skills: You easily work with people from different areas (Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Risk…) and with various profiles thanks to strong social skills (active listening, compassion, influencing).
  • Communication Skills: Your points are presented in a human-centric and structured way with emotional intelligence. You can communicate in a simple, structured, and compelling way, both verbally and in writing.
  • Facilitation Skills: You are a good facilitator (also in digital or hybrid setups), able to guide senior audiences to have relevant discussions and achieve valuable workshop outcomes.
  • Coaching Skills: Passion for developing yourself and others. You are energized by and experienced in coaching people on the job.
  • Organizational Skills: You develop coherent action plans, stating resources, timetable, achievements, etc. You coordinate actions proactively and anticipate potential delays.
  • Autonomy: You can work independently with various collaborators across divisions and locations.
  • Curiosity: You have a natural curiosity about a wide variety of subjects, are well-read, and are comfortable discussing the next big thing with peers.
