Position Title: Transition Lead
Location: GdańskPurpose of the Job:
The Transition Lead supports the planning, coordination, and execution of business or technical transitions, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and tasks are delivered on schedule. This role serves as a bridge between project teams, business units, and support functions to enable a smooth, organized, and efficient transition of services, systems, or responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:

• Transition Planning and Coordination
• Manage detailed transition plans, schedules, and task trackers
• Coordinate logistics for cutovers, migrations, service handovers, or go-live events
• Schedule and coordinate readiness assessments, rehearsals, and checkpoint reviews
• Stakeholder Management
• Act as a liaison between functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Track dependencies, risks, and action items; ensure follow-ups and closure
• Report transition status updates to relevant stakeholders

Knowledge & Documentation

• Maintain documentation of processes, checklists, lessons learned, and knowledge transfer materials
• Help ensure timely delivery of training materials, communications, and support resources

Experience Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, project coordination, or HR systems support

Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Must be comfortable working with sensitive employee data and aware of confidentiality principles
