Michael PageMissions:Draw up an inventory of the Congregation’s resources, both at the level of the Provinces (27) and the Generalate (Rome);Resources refers to all aspects:➢ Financial assets➢ Operating budgets (for each Province) for the life of the sisters; for this, the Transition Manager will be able to rely, in particular on the demographic study and projections drawn up by each Province.➢ Properties/real estate (used for the mission or potentially available for sale)Draw up an inventory of the human resources of the financial administration (lay people or Sisters) both at provincial and Generalate (Rome) level:➢ Identify the skills required for effective financial administration in the new 8-province configuration➢ Propose a plan for training, upgrading, exchange of practices, etc.Establish a financial structure to empower the Provinces in their operating budget;Develop/confirm the Mission’s project validation and financing processEstablish an efficient and transparent system for managing the funds invested in the Charity Trust, in conjunction with the Boards.InteractionsThe successful candidate will report to the Superior General and her CouncilHe/she will work closely with the General TreasurerIn collaboration with the General Treasurer, he/she will supervise the work of the Financial Office staff.Expected profileThe successful candidate has a previous experience as CFO/Secretary General/Audit;Wuld be appropriate:➢ have international vision and experience and languages (written and spoken): Italian, French, Spanish;➢ be familiar with the context of religious life or be ready to invest in the effort to understand how it works and what drives it;➢ be open-minded in this particular international context combined with religious life and be willing to benchmark with similar structures;➢ be able to lead and mobilize teams;➢ possess the ability to act flexibly and build consensus.Per Istituto di diritto pontificio con struttura internazionale ricerco un/una Transition Manager.Sede: Roma (quartiere Monteverde).Si offre misisone contrattuale pari a due anni e retribuzione commisurata all’esperienza maturata.Sede: Roma (quartiere Monteverde).Settore: AltroRuolo: Altro
