• Made a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our Provider
• Responding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel request through our platform
• Entering customer information in our system to issue reservations or update the booking
• Explaining rules and procedures to use our service in the Platform
• Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.)

Your Basic Qualifications

• At least 2 year of previous experience in the Travel Industry
• Excellent knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Saibour) or previous experience in a local travel agency
• Excellent knowledge, both written and spoken of French (B2 and up)
• Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in morning)
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Good communication skills in English B2+
• Customer Care experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
