• Made a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our Provider
• Responding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel request through our platform
• Entering customer information in our system to issue reservations or update the booking
• Explaining rules and procedures to use our service in the Platform
• Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.)

Your basic qualifications

• At least 1-2 year of previous experience in the Travel Industry
• Basic knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Saibour) or previous experience in a local travel agency
• Excellent knowledge, both written and spoken of the Italian AND English
• Availability to work in shifts with rotation
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
