This Group function requires not only collaboration with the internal finance team of the Group but also with external financial partnersHe/She will join the Group Treasury Team in a dynamic organization in a growth business transformationReporting LineThe Treasurer Analyst & Project Management will report directly to the Cash Management & Treasury IT Manager. The Treasurer Project Management will establish and maintain a sound and professional payment and treasury reporting platform that can promptly and effectively respond to the needs of the organization and of the Finance Team and support the achievement of business objectives.Main responsibilities and duties are:

• Lead cash management of the Group, with a strong focus on monitoring of operating cash flow, prepare cash forecasts and be the main interface between the Group and the affiliates
• Production of the Group financial reports and periodic indicators (cash position, debt, investment, banks flows, volume, banks scoring, foreign exchange, intra-group flows) and carry out the various analysis.
• Manage intercompany flows/netting in relation with the accounting department
• Owner of the Treasury value-added projects related to cash optimization and automation
• Support the deployment and evolution of KYRIBA/TRAX (Group TMS) and optimize the international cash management connectivity and security (SWIFTNET, SEPA, dematerialization, payment means securing)
• Responsible of day to day relationship with banking partners (account opening & closing process, banking powers, KYC and audit process) with the support of the Treasury team
• Maintain and improve the Group Treasury Procedures in place
• To be the functional back up of the Treasury Team

Main skills required are:

• Experienced Treasurer with solid Treasury Tools and IT skills. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required
• Previous involvement in TMS and banking connectivity implementations in large multinationals
• Project and change management appetite
• Knowledge of KYRIBA/TRAX (TMS) tool is an asset.
• Experience of LBO financial is a good to have
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical, report writing and communication skills; you will also enjoy problem solving and working under strict deadlines with people from different horizons
• Good command of English
• Autonomous, Rigorous, honesty, curiosity and integrity
• Communication skills / Transparency
