All resources needed for project implementation are centrally coordinated by this role.Project information:

• Location: 100% remote
• Type of employment: B2B contract
• Remuneration: 200 PLN/hour net + VAT
• Project language: English

Responsibilitites:

• Planning, coordination and monitoring of the transition and transformation project
• Ongoing monitoring of project progress, identifying deviations and initiating corrective actions
• Responsible for identifying and aligning changes and risks related to the transition and transformation, applying best practices and methods for effective change and risk management
• Ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and quality standards
• Communication and coordination with all relevant stakeholders, including the client, third parties and other contractors
• Building and leading an interdisciplinary team for the implementation of the transition and transformation, including effort, resource and availability planning
• Reporting to management

Requirements:

• Proof of relevant project management certification, such as Prince2 or equivalent
• At least 10 years of professional experience in the IT service environment in senior positions, including at least functional leadership responsibility
• At least 6 years of experience as a T&T Manager in complex outsourcing projects of comparable size and complexity
