Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.Partner with the bestThe Turbines Configuration Manager oversees selection and management of Turbines Configuration for New Units and Service Projects. This role involves managing engineering activities, collaborating with various teams, and facilitating communication with external collaborators. The goal is to contribute to a diverse and attractive technology portfolio, transforming industry practices and ensuring successful project execution within the growing Turbines and Axial Expanders Engineering team.As a Product Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading Turbines product excellence at TAEE (Turbines and Axial Expanders Organization), optimizing project phases and resources from proposal to order.Driving Cultural Transformation, efficiently coordinate external collaborators, and promote growth through secondment.Collaborating with Turbines Platform for standardization and cost-efficiency, integrating interfaces with other Engineering Departments.Coordinating resolution of major issues related to product cost, industrialization, and standardization, fostering continuous development with various teams.Ensuring flawless project execution with Gas Technology Equipment Engineering, focusing on productivity and on-time delivery.Coordinating with Commercials and Applications, aligning tasks with existing configurations, updating Turbines material, and inspiring the team for new challenges.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a bachelor’s in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science.Have substantial experience in Turbomachinery engineering, technology, focusing on Gas Turbines Systems and Configuration Management, would be a plus.Have proven capability to coordinate Projects and GT development Programs, interact with Industrial, Energy, and O&G Customers, BH Leadership, and Teams.Have high-level presentation, oral and written communication skills, with analytical and project management expertise.Have excellent leadership capability and ability to make decisions with limited information.Be target-orientated, responsible and have an entrepreneurial mindset.Be fluent in English, have an EU work permit, and available for 20% travel.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
