UK Entity Controller – Associate

Job Description:The opportunity is to join the Legal Entity Control (LEC) team based in London as part of Global Finance and Business Management. The LEC team are based in London and Mumbai and are primarily responsible for the oversight of entities in the UK and ensuring that a strong control environment exists as it relates to all businesses, products and operational areas that impact the UK financial statements. This role has responsibility for key entity regulatory deliverables and the strategic restructure or liquidation of UK entities.As a UK Entity Controller – Associate within the Legal Entity Control team, you will take on the responsibility of planning, obtaining approval, and executing Entity Closures and/or restructures. Your role will involve collaboration with various stakeholders, including but not limited to legal, tax, capital management, and regulatory policy departments. Additionally, you will support wider LEC responsibilities, such as the production, coordination, and management of statutory financial statements for UK regulated entities. This role is challenging and requires strong time management skills and attention to detail due to tight deadlines.
