Continue your journey with us whilst we’ll support you to be your best.Based Full-Time in HSBC in Canary Wharf with periodic travel to 5 other HSBC Fitness Centres across the UKThe opportunityAs our UK Health & Fitness Programme Director you will be responsible for:Ensuring the effective delivery of all Health & Fitness services across multiple locations.The delivery of all contractual KPI’s and commercialsEnsuring a strong business relationship is retained between Nuffield Health our corporate ClientProviding management reports and presenting performance to senior stakeholders on a monthly and quarterly basisThe personTo succeed as a UK Health & Fitness Programme Director, you will need:Effective communication and leadership skillsStrong, relevant and proven operational experience of managing a large facility or multi-site managementTo be flexible in your approach and be able to respond quickly to the demands of the roleStrong financial acumenThe ability to be both strategic and hands-on when requiredKey information about the role.Maternity Cover – 12 months Fixed termClosing date – 14th April 2024
