Come and join our friendly, professional team within the School of Applied Sciences at a university which is at the forefront of teaching, research and consultancy in a range of disciplines. 

Based on our Moulsecoomb campus in Brighton you will provide administrative support to senior school managers and academic staff and be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of effective administration, supporting the School in a range of functions including: events, information and data management, and financial, systems and recruitment administration.

 To succeed you will need: 

  • Proven administrative experience.  
  • The ability to work on your own initiative, and to effectively work within a team. 
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
  • The ability to organise work and time effectively and to cope with changing priorities.

This is a permanent, part-time appointment (18.5 hours a week) ideally over 3 days, however some we may be able to offer some flexibility.
