• an academic degree of Dr. habil./ associate professor / postdoctoral degree /habilitation in social sciences, discipline: security sciences
• scientific and teaching achievements in the field of social sciences in the scientific discipline: security sciences.
• teaching experience at the higher education level,
• professional experience gained outside the university in the fields and disciplines related to the skills indicated in the description of learning outcomes for the field of study.
