– Documented participation in the implementation of scientific projects funded from external sources;
– Documented scientific (publication) output with IF scores;
– Documented active participation in national and international conferences and seminars;
– Participation in at least one foreign research internship;
– Very good knowledge of the English language;
– Good knowledge of the Polish language;
– Experience in teaching as an academic teacher;
– Interest in scientific work;
– Operation of computer programs necessary for scientific work;
