These schools cater for pupils aged 3–19 with diverse learning needs, and they are searching for individuals who are enthusiastic, caring, and ready to make a lasting difference.Whether you’re exploring a new career path, preparing for teacher training, or simply driven to support children in their educational journey—this role is your ideal starting point.What You’ll Be Doing:Supporting teachers in delivering creative, engaging, and adapted lessons.Working closely with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning.Encouraging pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development.Helping create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.Assisting in the preparation of teaching resources and learning materials.What We’re Looking For:No formal qualifications required – just dedication, reliability, and a genuine love for working with children.A willingness to learn and grow within the role.An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply – we can assist).Completion of Level 2 Safeguarding training (available through Teaching Personnel).
