Offer DescriptionThe Material Science Institute of Madrid (ICMM-CSIC) and the Blas Cabrera Institute of Physical Chemistry (IQFR-CSIC) are offering a two year fully-funded Postdoc position in Artificial Intelligence.The Postdoc proposal should focus on the development of ML algorithms to identify the detailed system features contributing to a specific spectroscopic signal. Our main interests are Mössbauer and Raman spectroscopies, where we can generate a hierarchical workflow of training databases combining from ab initio data to measurements. For more information about the position requirements check the extended description at the program website.The position is offered in the context of ALLIES postdoctoral training program in Artificial Intelligence led by the Spanish National Research Council, coordinated through the AIHUB Connection, and co-funded by the European Union under the HORIZON EUROPE MSCA COFUND program framework. ALLIES aims to recruit 17 postdoctoral researchers in 2 different Calls who will conduct interdisciplinary and intersectorial research in Artificial Intelligence aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.The candidates will be working with Prof Silvia Gallego Queipo (ICMM) and Dr Juan de la Figuera Bayón (IQFR).
