At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a User Training and Documentation Specialist to join our UniQue team.What will you be doing in this role?

• Provide training and support to users and stakeholders on IT system functionalities.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system features, workflows, and procedures.
• Perform functional analysis of existing and new features within IT systems.
• Conduct testing activities, ensuring quality and alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with IT officials to coordinate tasks and share expertise.
• Contribute to the evolution and improvement of system functionalities.
• Stay up to date with state-of-the-art IT solutions and methodologies to recommend improvements.

RequirementsWhat do you need to succeed in this position?

• Master’s degree in IT or related field with minimum 7 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 11 years of relevant experience).
• Experience in the creation of IT tutorials.
• Proven experience working on the functional side of IT projects in collaboration with business users, using tools such as JIRA.
• Prior involvement in user support, functional testing, IT systems documentation, or user training.
• Ability to draft documentation and web pages, using platforms such as Confluence and SharePoint.
• Ability to create video tutorials to support training and documentation.
• Experience working proactively with business users throughout the entire lifecycle of IT systems.
• Strong IT background with a good understanding of what is technically feasible.
• Ability to communicate effectively with development teams to share user feedback and requirements.
• Experience in the legal domain is considered an asset.
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English is required (B2). Knowledge of French will be an advantage.
