As a UX/UI Designer at AGCO, you will shape the digital experience for our customers across various platforms. You will merge user experience strategies with innovative interface designs to create seamless and visually engaging experiences. Collaborating with solution managers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you will champion user-centered design principles and ensure consistency in UX and UI.
 

Your Impact

-You guide early-stage product development by collaborating with stakeholders to translate user needs into actionable design solutions
-You create visually appealing and intuitive UI designs for websites, mobile apps, and software using tools like Figma, Sketch or similar
-You conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions
-You maintain and promote consistency with UX/UI guidelines and governance across all design deliverables
-You stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and UX/UI standards, contributing to the enhancement of digital experiences
 

Your Experience and Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a UX/UI design role
-Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD in conjunction with a basic knowledge of agile methodologies
-Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability practices with experience creating wireframes, storyboards, and user journeys
-Basic knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
