As a UX/UI Designer at AGCO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experience for our customers across various platforms and applications. You will be responsible for merging user experience strategies with innovative interface designs to create seamless and visually engaging experiences. Collaborating closely with solution managers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you will champion user-centered design principles and ensure consistency in both UX and UI aspects.
Your Impact

-Guide early-stage product development to maintain UX consistency and effectiveness by collaborating with stakeholders to translate user needs into actionable design solutions.
-Create visually appealing and intuitive user interface designs for websites, mobile apps, and software by developing wireframes and mockups by using tools like Figma, Sketch or similar software.
-Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions, ensuring they meet user needs and expectations.
-Maintain and promote consistency with UX/UI guidelines and governance across all design deliverables, maintaining a cohesive identity across platforms.
-Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and UX/UI standards, continuously contributing to the enhancement of digital experiences and other duties as assigned
Your Experience and Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field with a minimum of 3-5 years in a UX/UI design role, with a strong portfolio highlighting successful projects with up-to-date knowledge of UX/UI standards and industry trends.
-Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD in conjunction with a basic knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
-Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability practices with experience creating wireframes, storyboards and user journeys.
-Basic knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
