• Plan, recruit, and conduct user research sessions to guide product development.
• Translate findings into actionable insights, influencing design and strategy.
• Partner with product teams, designers, and stakeholders to align research with project goals.
• Champion user-centered design practices within Agile workflows.
• Present research findings to clients and internal teams with clarity and impact.

About You

• Relevant experience as a User Researcher.
• Knowledge of user-centered design practices and GDS standards (preferred).
• Experience in Agile and Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proven ability to work across research phases (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live).
• A portfolio showcasing user journeys, personas, user testing, and interface design.
• Demonstrated ability to balance user advocacy with business objectives.
