The UX/UI Business Systems Specialist will contribute to the digitalization of design controls and technology transfer processes for combination products. This role involves deploying Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools to improve efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness in product development and commercialization. The specialist will ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of PLM capabilities and drive UX/UI enhancements for a consistent and reliable user experience.Responsibilities
– Research and document user interactions and workflows within the PLM Platform.
– Provide UX/UI expertise across product teams to maintain consistency.
– Collaborate with vendors to implement UX/UI enhancements.
– Standardize UX/UI research and testing processes across teams.
– Promote user-centered backlog development and escalate issues as needed.
– Develop and deliver training content to user groups.
– Support business leads in adopting PLM capabilities.Requirements
– Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
– Background in Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field.
– Proven ability to improve UX/UI within enterprise software.
– Experience with user onboarding, transformation, and change management in global organizations.
– Agile development experience (SAFe or Scrum preferred).Other information
