Clario, a leader in endpoint data technology solutions for the clinical research industry, is expanding its operations in Budapest and seeks a highly organized and analytical Vendor Subcontracts & Management Manager to support our medical imaging projects across clinical trials and research initiatives.This role is essential in ensuring accurate cost forecasting, effective subcontractor management, and robust supplier oversight. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Project Management, Medical Scientists, Procurement, and Legal to drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and compliance.What we offer:· Competitive compensation· Attractive benefits (security, flexibility, support and well-being)· Engaging employee programs· Flexible hybrid working model· OTP Szép CardWhat you’ll do:Project Estimation:Support proposal development and RFP responses with accurate financial inputs from third party vendor quotesCollaborate with Business Development, Project Managers and Finance to align estimates with operational plans and sponsor expectations.Subcontracts Administration:Soliicit, edit, draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with third party vendors which may include: core labs, radiology service providers, and software vendorsCoordinate vendor onboarding, due diligence, and performance monitoring.Manage contract initiation, amendments, change orders, and closeout documentation.Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve contract-related issues.Contracting and Supplier Management:Lead the end-to-end contracting process, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and risk mitigation strategies.In partnership with other stakeholders evaluate and select suppliers based on capability, quality, cost, and compliance.Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and service providers.Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, audits, and feedback loops to ensure service excellence.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization strategies across the imaging supplier base.What we look for:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.3+ years of experience in project budgeting, project estimation, or subcontract/vendor management.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong negotiation, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.Familiarity with medical imaging workflows, DICOM standards, and imaging data management platforms.Experience working with CROs, academic institutions, or scientific life science service providersKnowledge of regulatory and standards relevant to quality in clinical research.Certification in Clinical Research, Contract Management, or Project Management is a plus.At Clario, we put people first, always.
