• Maintaining and updating information on clients assigned to the manager.
• Working with separate brands and their metrics.
• Outgoing communications (messengers/letters/calls).
• Customizing of personalized bonus offers for customer requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in the same position from 1 year.
• Proven experience with I-Gaming.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Understanding of basic CRM metrics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Multitasking.
• Attention to details.
• Independent decision-making.
