Knowing that exceptional founders can come from anywhere with any background, we have offices in 30 cities, including New York, London, Berlin, Stockholm, Bangalore, Singapore, Seoul, and Sydney.The RoleWe are looking for an exceptional individual who will join us as a Visiting Investment Analyst (Intern) for 6 months, starting from June/July 2025.In this highly operational role, you will help to build the September residency, scouting the best Founders in Europe, as well as supporting founders from day zero in all areas of pre-investment, taking an operational role during the residency.ResponsibilitiesSupport in the daily activities, ranging from operational to advisory tasks:

• Help our Scouting team find new investment opportunities – Founders and Teams
• Company-Building (e.g. ideation, business modeling, and strategy with our founders)
• Due Diligence and other investment-related tasks of scouted startups
• Financial and legal reporting
• Program organization and support (e.g. Help run the cohort by managing communications and logistics)
• Take initiative in your own projects to bring Antler and our portfolio companies to the next level

Requirements

• Student or early graduate interested in breaking into VC
• You are a Doer. You are not afraid to take ownership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, positive attitude, and high operational skill set
• Outstanding communication skills (English)
• Team player, eager to help others and see them thrive
• Passionate about making an impact and learning

Optional – Nice to have:

• Startup experience (as a founder or as an operator)
• Tech knowledge
• Previous experience in VC (internship)
