• You have a high passion for creating inspiring store solutions for an easy and convenient shopping experience and increasing vitality by translating deep knowledge about consumer buying behavior, store layout, range presentation, and local market knowledge.
• You are innovative and dare to challenge yourself to visualize and communicate the width and depth of our range.
• You are easy to adapt to changes and able to act quickly to exploit commercial opportunities.
• You have a desire to contribute to developing ways of working and can combine commercial and aesthetic skills to present the IKEA product range in a way that drives sales

• Use visual merchandising competence to strengthen the uniqueness of the IKEA identity in range presentation solutions in the store by working with the store layout, range presentation, and vitality.
• Actively contributing to gathering insight about store layout and range presentation and translating this knowledge into relevant and inspiring store solutions that will support a convenient shopping experience and reflect the local needs in life at home.
• Use home furnishing skills to communicate and share your home furnishing knowledge with our customers (home visits, Instagram, events, etc.)
• Secure high quality, simplicity, efficiency, and cost consciousness in planning and implementing all range presentations by applying national and global tools and best practices.
• Secure vitality and seasonality in the store by creating and implementing a store commercial calendar
