About the Role

In the context of the development of an IVI cockpit Software for Stellantis brands, Harman is performing validation on the SW in targeted cars located in Stellantis premises in France.

Test and development engineers are based in Velizy/Poissy for this purpose (war room)

The role for this position is to drive the activities on site.

What You Will Do:

• Direct management of site Test and Dev engineers (5 to 10 depending on the program phase)
• Coordination of onsite test activities in Stellantis Site based on France (Velizy, Poissy)
• Technical coordination of development/debug activities (2-3 system engineers in rotation)
• Coordination of debug session with other suppliers on site
• Coordination with Offshore teams
• Reproduce issues, get logs, organize live debug session
• Report issues from Test drives
• Reporting / interface with Stellantis : organize workshop, report issues, define priorities
• Responsible and primary contact point for Stellantis concerning any on site activities (War Room)
• Point of Contact in Stellantis Belchamp: coordination of EOL and OTA issues seen in plant and technical development site of Stellantis

What you need:

• Engineering degree
• 5 to 10 years in Automotive Industry, SW development or SW Testing
• Good technical automotive background (IVI)
• Good SW development background
• Very good communication skills (other suppliers and customer)
• Leadership
• Organization, planning and reporting skills
