Are you an experienced Ward Manager ready to make a difference in mental health rehabilitation? Our client is seeking a dedicated RMN Ward Manager to lead their 14-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team focused on empowering men with complex mental health needs.This role offers a competitive salary of up to £47,000 per year, with family friendly hours working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. You’ll enjoy 33 days of holiday, including bank holidays, and benefit from paid handovers and NMC registration coverage. • Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused care.
• Drive service improvements and support individuals on their journey to independence.
• Manage teams, resources, and service development effectively.

• Foster a therapeutic environment for patients with complex mental health needs.

• Registration as a Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
