Are you an experienced Ward Manager ready to make a difference in mental health rehabilitation? Our client is seeking a dedicated RMN Ward Manager to lead their 14-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team focused on empowering men with complex mental health needs.This role offers a competitive salary of up to £47,000 per year, with family friendly hours working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. You’ll enjoy 33 days of holiday, including bank holidays, and benefit from paid handovers and NMC registration coverage. Additionally, there are career development opportunities and a supportive team environment.Our client operates a 14-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility in Preston, providing a safe and therapeutic environment for men with mental health challenges. The company is dedicated to fostering independence and recovery, with a strong emphasis on values-driven care.As a RMN Ward Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused care.
  • Drive service improvements and support individuals on their journey to independence.
  • Manage teams, resources, and service development effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical standards and best practices.
  • Foster a therapeutic environment for patients with complex mental health needs.

The ideal Ward Manager will have:

  • Registration as a Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.

  • The ability to manage teams, resources, and service development.
