What are you going to do?As a warehouse employee at Stryker in Venlo, you’ll work in a clean, modern, and innovative environment where teamwork and precision are key. You ensure that medical products including life-saving equipment are in the right place at the right time. Thanks to your efforts, doctors and healthcare institutions around the world can do their jobs effectively.

• Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming goods
• Storing products in the correct location within the warehouse
• Picking orders and preparing them for shipment
• Performing quality checks according to strict procedures
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
• Participating in daily team meetings to align tasks and priorities

• Gross monthly salary of €2,509 (based on a 40-hour work week), excluding shift allowances
• Flexibility: work in day shifts or two-shift system, whichever suits you best

What do we ask?

• You speak and understand English, both spoken and written (company language)
• You are proactive, accurate, and reliable
• You can work well in a team and switch between tasks easily
• You have your own transportation (location is hard to reach by public transport)
• Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required
