Job Title: Warranty Administrator
Location: Leatherhead
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum
Contract: 6-Month FTC (Potential to Go Permanent)
Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warranty Administrator to join our team in Leatherhead. This is an excellent opportunity to work within the automotive industry, supporting a busy service and aftersales department. The role is initially a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process and submit warranty claims accurately and efficiently to manufacturers.
• Ensure all warranty documentation is complete and compliant with manufacturer guidelines.
• Liaise with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers to resolve any queries.
• Monitor claim progress and update records accordingly.
• Handle claim rejections, resubmissions, and any escalations in a timely manner.
• Support the wider service department with administration tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warranty or service administration role within the automotive industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Good communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and manufacturers.
• Proficient in MS Office and dealership management systems (experience with Kerridge/Autoline an advantage).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
