Warranty Administrator Required in Gillingham, Kent

• Salary – Dependent on Experience
• Main Dealer – Multi-Site Family-Run Business
• Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00 (1 hour lunch)
• Option to work at a site closer to your home

We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly successful, family-run automotive group with 19 locations across Kent, Sussex and Essex. Warranty Administrator Responsibilities:

• Costing and invoicing all warranty jobs accurately and efficiently
• Processing and submitting daily warranty and goodwill claims
• Administering vehicle recalls in line with manufacturer procedures
• Controlling outstanding warranty/extended warranty debt
• Assisting the accounts team with reconciliation of payments
• Liaising with manufacturers and internal departments
• Following up on queries and rejections of warranty claims
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date warranty records

The Ideal Warranty Administrator Will:

• Have previous experience as a Warranty Administrator in a main dealer setting
• Alternatively, have experience in Service Administration, Workshop Control, or as a Service Advisor
• Be confident using Kerridge/ADP (or similar DMS platforms)
• Be organised, detail-focused, and able to manage their own workload
• Enjoy being part of a collaborative and well-structured team
