WE Procurement Category Analyst Indirect / Marketing & Sales (fixed-term contract)Role overviewThe role’s focus is Procurement Process Analytics & Reporting. It integrates data, performs analysis, interprets results, and develops actionable insights and recommendations for use across the markets.This is a fixed-term position until 31.12.2026.What you’ll be doingThe role supports the WE Indirect and Marketing & Sales procurement teams in analysing performance, creating visibility and transparency across markets’ activities, including:· Generation of periodic procurement and supplier performance reports with accuracy to identify and process data sources· Designing and creating dashboards, visualizations, and reports from data extracts· Exporting and integrating data from a variety of sources, including SIEVO, SAP, BI, and Ariba· Preparation and distribution of documentation, data processes, analyses, models, manuals, and procedures for internal and external use· Development of queries to extract data on department needs· Provide analytical assistance on category strategies and sourcing projects· Provide system support/trainings for procurement users (reporting & tools)We’re looking for a candidate with the following education & experienceEducation:· Bachelor’s Degree in economics, computer science, engineering or mathematics (or student of last year)Languages:· English (advanced), knowledge of other languages is beneficialQualifications & Experiences:· Knowledge of IT systems such as SAP or Ariba is beneficial.· Experience in a Procurement Department is beneficial· Basic knowledge of Business Process Mapping· Good analytical skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets· Experience with analytics and statistics· Experience in advanced Excel (ideally Excel VBA) for querying data and for data manipulation/transformation· Willingness to learn and develop in an international environment· Capable of making presentations· Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the ‘bigger picture’What you can expectWe’re asking for a lot, but you’ll be well-rewarded with:· Flexible working hours· Working in a hybrid mode (min. 2 days in the office per week)· Private health care, accident insurance, and MyBenefit system at your disposal· Annual bonus· Holiday benefit “Wczasy pod Gruszą”· Christmas gift & MyBenefit points· Additional holiday for Birthday & job anniversary· Internal trainings· Periodical beer allowance & 0% beer available at the office· Co-financed lunch· Well-being platform· Social events such as e.g. Thursday Bars in the office· Employee Referral Program· Bike parking space· Modern ergonomic office space with a chillout zone· Exciting growth and development opportunities within the organization· Working in a passionate, international environment.We read applications continuously, and vacancies may be filled anytime.
