If you’re skilled in Salesforce and love aligning business needs with smart technical solutions, this could be a great fit for you.What you’ll do:🔹 Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, and more to improve business processes via Salesforce🔹 Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical specs🔹 Customize and configure Salesforce (objects, fields, dashboards, validation rules, etc.)🔹 Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and create training materials🔹 Maintain data quality and ensure smooth integrations with other systems🔹 Keep up with Salesforce best practices and recommend improvements🔹 Act as the bridge between business teams and ITWhat we’re looking for:✅ Salesforce Administrator Certification✅ Experience as a Business Systems Analyst (or similar role)✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills✅ Excellent communication and documentation abilities✅ Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies✅ Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teamsIf you’re based in Dublin and want a hybrid role where you can grow and make an impact — we’d love to connect!
