Description & RequirementsWho we are looking forMinimum of 5 years’ experience in implementing/configuring/supporting at least one of the following Workday HCM modules: Advanced Compensation, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking. Strong communication and advisory skills, fast learning, task-oriented, and problem-solving abilities. Proven track record as a Stream/Product Lead/Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME). Excellent professional proficiency in English, additional languages would be beneficial. A proven track record of maintaining excellent client relationships. Strong business acumen. Enthusiasm for supporting in pre-sales and practice development. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and tasks. Excellent stakeholder management.Your future role

• Be part of the vibrant Deloitte Central Europe Workday practice, which supports international and local customers through their implementation and/or optimization projects.
• Advise, design, configure, and test the best solutions in Workday HCM.
• Guide clients in adapting their current processes to the functionality of the system.
• Act as an SME/Stream Lead in a given module for the client and within Deloitte Workday Practice, driving further capability development.
• Find solutions and provide advice on challenging topics or issues.
• Offer direction and guidance to junior functional consultants
